 - 250 gr. azúcar
 
Elaboración
- Cortar la calabaza en dados de igual tamaño.
 - En un cazo, mezclar los dados con el azúcar.
 - Dejar reposar toda la noche.
 - A fuego lento, cocer la mezcla hasta que coja la textura deseada.
